Our mission is to empower individuals from diverse backgrounds to thrive in their new communities, encouraging inclusivity and contribution to a more globally connected society.

We aim to decrease the unemployment rate in Valkeakoski as well as increase the quality of life of those living in the city.

Sajad supports the executive director in implementing the organization's strategic plans, manages daily operations, and assists in leading the teams to ensure goals are achieved efficiently. He also plays a key role in decision-making and organizational leadership.

Arttu handles administrative tasks, manages schedules, coordinates meetings, and ensures smooth communication across the organization. He provides key support to the executive team and helps maintain efficient daily operations.

Marketing Coordinator

Leilani develops and implements marketing strategies, oversees campaigns, and manages the brand's presence to drive growth and engagement. She leads the marketing team and collaborates across departments to ensure consistent messaging and successful market positioning.
